Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Moosehead Lake . Melrose Place sits on a quiet road in town that follows the lake.
Views of sunset over the surrounding mountains and lake is breathtaking.
We face west overlooking the West Cove. Our place is fully loaded, Pine wood interior with laminated floors.
Two of the bedrooms are carpeted. Bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub.



Area Description

Everything you could want is right here. Whether it is shopping, snowmobiling.(access is within 100 ft)
skiing (resort is 10 minutes away) , snowshoeing, fishing,
hiking. Public Beaches are within a mile of us in each direction.

Canoes and kayaks are available.

• Required Stay: 2 nights

   

• Lodging Tax:  not included

   

• Cancellation Policy: RESERVATION DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY: Entire amount is due and is non-refundable. Should TENANT be unable to occupy PROPERTY during the rental period due to emergency circumstances, OWNER will allow TENANT to rent the PROPERTY for a like time period at a period when property is not rented, usually off season with-in 6 months at no additional cost to TENANT. Date has to be mutually agreed. This does not apply once unit is occupied

   

• Deposits: A security deposit of $300.00 beheld until after the PROPERTY is vacated

   

• Other Fees: cleaning fee included already in cost above
